Do you deliver instant answers?

Partially yes! Reading and Listening results are automatically scored and displayed instantly on your results page after submission. However, Writing sections require manual evaluation by our certified IELTS experts, so these results will appear as "pending" until reviewed. You'll receive detailed feedback and scores within 5 days for Writing tasks.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once you purchase any of our tariff plans (Standard, Premium, or Pro), refunds are not available. All purchased mock exams must be used within the plan's validity period. We recommend trying our free trial first to ensure our platform meets your needs before purchasing a paid plan.

How do I change my account phone number?

To update your phone number, please contact our admin or sub-admin team through the support section. Due to security reasons, phone number changes cannot be done automatically and require manual verification. Our team will process your request within 24 hours after verifying your identity.

Can I retake the same test multiple times?

No, each mock exam can only be taken once to simulate real IELTS conditions. Once you complete a test, you cannot retake the exact same questions. How does the scoring system work?

Our scoring system mirrors the official IELTS band score criteria. Reading and Listening are automatically scored based on correct answers.
